We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Director to join our team of Online Merchandising and eCommerce specialists, leading a team driving Digital Merchandising excellence for one of the world’s biggest electronics brands.

Our ideal candidate would be a commercially astute digital marketing all-rounder, with strong experience driving eCommerce success.

The role is primarily strategic and extremely varied, so no two days are the same. The job is highly client facing, so would suit someone who is great a building relationships and rapport, and comfortable communicating and presenting.

How you’d spend your day

  • Key point of contact for senior clients, taking briefs, scoping & pitching for new projects, keeping clients up to date on status of current projects and ensuring they are satisfied with all outputs
  • Leading the development of campaign/BAU digital merchandising and performance marketing strategies and playbooks to maximise our client’s sales performance with their digital retail partners
  • Overseeing a team managing projects including web design, build and copywriting, user insights studies and benchmarking documents
  • Ensuring profitability of account and driving ongoing commercial growth

What we’re looking for:

Our ideal candidate would have at least four years experience in a similar role, with proven success in at least two of these areas:

  • Digital merchandising
  • Conversion rate optimisation
  • eCommerce
  • Performance marketing

Preferred skills/characteristics:

  • Data-focused
  • Strategic thinker
  • Creative problem solver
  • Personable, with strong gravitas
  • Speaking another European language would be a bonus
