We are looking for a Group Account Director/Senior Digital Strategist to join us on the agency’s largest and most integrated account. A true embodiment of the multi-specialism agency offering. With this comes unparalleled opportunities to drive Digital Merchandising excellence for one of the world’s biggest and most influential brands of the 21st century via their retail partners. ​

We’re looking for a strategic and driven candidate to lead a team of Online Merchandising and eCommerce specialists and be the key point of contact for senior clients within our Performance Marketing division, working across digital strategy, performance marketing consultancy, user experience and market research. ​

Our ideal candidate would be a commercially astute digital marketing all-rounder, with strong experience driving eCommerce success, developing digital strategy and a solid understanding of all Performance Marketing channels. ​

What we’re looking for

  • A strategic thinker & creative problem solver: This role is all about maximising Samsung sales, conversion rate and revenue via retail partners – not all of which offer the same opportunities. You’ll be comfortable identifying the most effective opportunities, developing creative and strategic solutions to driving sales, and be effectively able to sell your recommendations into Samsung and their retail partner stakeholders. ​
  • Personable with strong gravitas: You will be working with a brilliant, focused and senior client team, so being able to build strong client relationships and instill trust is key.​
  • Data/consumer focused: You are a strong advocate for the consumer experience, rooting your recommendations in data and insights. ​
  • Performance marketing expert: You have excellent knowledge of the full spectrum of Performance Marketing channels and are able to effectively develop and advise on Performance Marketing strategies which will drive incremental sales for Samsung via retail partners. ​
  • ​Commercially astute and opportunistic: By taking ownership of commercial forecasting, delivering against forecasted income, helping to identify appropriate resourcing against this and identifying ways to extend our remit and influence.

Location and Salary

Our office is based near Mansion House and Bank, overlooking the Thames (although we’re mostly working from home at the moment!). It’s a great location to work – only a short walk to Southbank, and great for lunchtime runs along the river. Our office also has brand new showers and bike storage downstairs.
